What do I do if something is not working?
We don’t anticipate any, but if you do encounter any challenges, here are some top tips:
No camera image – check the browser permissions were allowed or if using a USB camera device try unplugging it and plugging it back in.
No audio – check the volume levels are not too low and that permissions were allowed in the joining process.
Poor Quality connection – if using Wi-Fi try disconnecting and reconnecting or switching to an alternative network. If using mobile data try to find a place with a stronger service if possible.
Overall slow response from the platform – Try restarting your device or clearing your cache for the browser.
During appointment
Once your video call has started, you can treat it just like a normal appointment, asking questions and clarifying details as needed. You can choose from a range of options to enhance your call experience.
After appointment
At the end of your call, select Leave. Leave the call. It is best to close the browser, too.
For further Support please head to our interactive trouble-shooter in the Support Centre, accessible during the joining process or from within the waiting room.
End.
