Signing in

On set up of your SQOD license, a welcome email is generated that will arrive to the email address registered on the platform account. To sign in, open your welcome email , click on or copy the link carefully into your browser, and sign in using your email address and the temporary password.

Nb. occasionally your SQOD welcome email will appear in your email junk folder; it is worth checking here if you know your platform account has been generated.

Should you forget your password, you can select the forgotten 'your password' option underneath the sign in button.

SQOD offers an additional layer of log-in security with two factor (2FA) authentication. To obtain your one-time 2FA passcode, we recommend installing either the Microsoft Authenticator, Okta or Google authenticator (android) app for managing the process . For further information refer to the SQOD Authenticator Guide.

Once your authenticator app has generated a code, please enter this and select continue. You are now logged in.

Signing out

To log out securely, we recommend choosing 'logout' from the top navigation bar.

This is a hard sign out, and to sign back in to SQOD you will need to repeat the steps to sign in.
